What is Yoga?
Yoga simply pairs breath with movement, connecting the mind, body, and breath. Contrary to popular belief you don't have to be flexible to do yoga; if you can breathe, you can do yoga!
Beyond that, it's what you make of it. Everyone has their own reasons for practicing yoga, for some it's purely physical exercise, for some it's a way to relax and release stress, for others it's more spiritual or a way of life.
Private Yoga Classes
One-on-one yoga allows you to have two-way communication- asking questions, checking in, and making adjustments for a practice uniquely suited to you.
Classes are currently available remotely through video call so you can practice yoga from home.
